&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;POR LE PRESENTE HAGO CONSTAR ; Que en los autos de JUICIO POR DELITO LEVE 25/15 ha recaido sentencia, del tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;S E N T E N C I A&amp;nbsp; NUM.388/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA a nueve de Octubre de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;D. ANTONI ROTGER CIFRE, MAGISTRADO-JUEZ de Instrucción número ocho de Palma de Mallorca, habiendo visto y oído en Juicio Oral y Público la presente causa JUICIO SOBRE DELITOS LEVES 0000025/2015, seguida por una&amp;nbsp; falta de LESIONES contra ANCOR LAMA MARTORELL, Y&amp;nbsp; RAUL LAMA MARTORELL&amp;nbsp; habiendo sido parte en la misma el Ministerio Fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;F A L L O&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;QUE DEBO CONDENAR Y CONDENO a ANCOR LAMA MARTORELL, como autor responsable de un delito leve de LESIONES a la pena de&amp;nbsp;40 días de multa a razón de 6 euros diarios y a que indemnice&amp;nbsp;en concepto de responsabilidad civil a IFEANYICHUKWU OKOH en la cantidad de&amp;nbsp;390 euros por las lesiones y a la cantidad de 180 euros por unas gafas; y al pago de las costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;QUE DEBO ABSOLVER Y ABSUELVO libremente a RAUL LAMA MARTORELL de las presentes actuaciones penales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;En caso de impago de la multa impuesta, el mismo queda sujeto a una responsabilidad personal subsidiaria de un día de privación de libertad por cada dos cuotas diarias no satisfechas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Notifíquese esta sentencia a las partes y a los ofendidos y perjudicados, aunque no se hayan mostrado parte en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;La presente resolución no es firme y contra la misma cabe interponer recurso de apelación en este Juzgado para ante la Ilma. Audiencia Provincial de ILLES BALEARS en el plazo de CINCO DIAS desde su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Así por ésta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Concuerda bien y fielmente con su original al que me remito y para que así conste, y sirva la presente de notificación a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;ANCOR LAMA MARTORELL Y RAUL LAMA MARTORELL extiendo la presente a&amp;nbsp;06 DE ABRIL 2016&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;EL/LA LETRADO DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE JUSTICIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
