&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;POR LE PRESENTE HAGO CONSTAR ; Que en los autos de JUICIO POR DELITO LEVE 55/16 ha recaido CEDULA DE CITACION , del tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CÉDULA DE CITACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por resolución de esta fecha, se ha acordado citar a Vd., a fin de que asista el próximo día &lt;strong&gt;3/5/2016 a las horas, &lt;/strong&gt;en &lt;strong&gt;VÍA ALEMANIA, 5 - Sala 009, &lt;/strong&gt;a la &lt;strong&gt;celebración del Juicio por delito leve&lt;/strong&gt; arriba indicado, seguido por AMENAZAS (TODOS LOS SUPUESTOS NO CONDICIONALES), en calidad de &lt;strong&gt;DENUNCIANTE - PERJUDICADO - ACTOR CIVIL&lt;/strong&gt;, sobre hechos ocurridos en PALMA DE MALLORCA el día 9 de Febrero de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se le hace saber que deberá comparecer &lt;strong&gt;con todos los medios de prueba&lt;/strong&gt; de que intente valerse en el acto del juicio (testigos, documentos, peritos...) Podrá igualmente comparecer asistido de Abogado si lo desea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si pretende proponer en juicio la prueba de testigos y no pudiera encargarse personalmente de su comparecencia el día y hora señalados, deberá interesar la citación judicial del/de los mismo/s aportando a este Juzgado, con una antelación mínima de diez días al día de la vista, sus datos identificativos y domicilio/s, practicándose las citaciones por la oficina judicial, con la advertencia que en el acto del juicio deberá proponerse esta prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SE LE APERCIBE&lt;/strong&gt; de que, si no comparece ni alega justa causa que se lo impida, se le podrá imponer una multa de 200 a 2.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA a 4 de Abril de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Concuerda bien y fielmente con su original al que me remito y para que así conste , y sirva la presente de notificación a :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
