	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El presidente, el día 4 de abril de 2016, ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;«Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1. El día 10 de julio de 2015 se dictó el decreto por el cual se regula la organización del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En el mencionado decreto se adscribió el Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca al Departamento de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2. El día 12 de agosto de 2015 se nombró vicepresidente del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca al Sr. Jesús Juan Jurado Seguí, consejero ejecutivo de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2. Mediante el Decreto de día 24 de febrero de 2016, de modificación del Decreto de día 10 de julio de 2015 por el cual se regula la organización del Consejo Insular de Mallorca se adscribió el Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca al Departamento de Desarrollo Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;3. Visto el cambio de adscripción, se considera conveniente que el vicepresidente del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca sea el consejero ejecutivo de Desarrollo Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En el artículo 12 de los Estatutos del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno de día 6 de octubre 1997 (BOCAIB nº. 137, de 4 de noviembre de 1997) y modificados por varios acuerdos posteriores, se establece que la Vicepresidencia del Instituto recaerá en el miembro electo de la institución que nombre la Presidencia del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por lo tanto, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;. Disponer el cese del Sr. Jesús Juan Jurado Seguí, consejero ejecutivo de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia, como vicepresidente del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, y agradecerle los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; Nombrar el Sr. Joan Font Massot, consejero ejecutivo de Desarrollo Local, vicepresidente del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y publicar el contenido en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en la Sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
