CAIB ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 112 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de les Bases del Régimen Local, y el artículo 169 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión extraordinaria de fecha 22 de diciembre de 2015, aprobó inicialmente el Presupuesto General de este Ayuntamiento para el ejercicio 2016 con las correspondientes Bases de Ejecución, así como la Plantilla de Personal. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Transcurrido el periodo de exposición pública y presentación de alegaciones, el 27 de Enero de 2016 (RE 2016/436) el Sr. Vitor Anibal Temporao Martins&nbsp; presentó una alegación en la que se planteaba la falta de aplicación de gasto presupuestario con importe suficiente para hacer frente a las obligaciones de expropiación de un terreno del cual es propietario.&nbsp; </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">De acuerdo al artículo 170.2.b del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de Marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, en relación con las causas para la presentación de alegaciones al presupuesto, y que en la aplicación presupuestaria 2016-1-151-60001 hay crédito suficiente para ejecutar el pago de la expropiación mencionada, el Pleno de 14 de Marzo de 2016 desestimó la alegación y aprobó el Presupuesto de forma definitiva.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En virtud de los artículos 112.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de les Bases del Régimen Local, el artículo 69.3 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de les Haciendas Locales, y el artículo 20.3 del RD 500/1990, de 20 de abril, por el cual se desarrolla el Capítulo primero del Título sexto de la Ley 39/1988, de 28 de diciembre, reguladora de les Haciendas Locales, en materia de Presupuestos, se transcribe el resumen por capítulos del Presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>&nbsp;RESUMEN POR CAPÍTULOS DEL PRESUPUESTO GENERAL.
