	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Dª MARIA ADELAIDA GARCIA GARCIA, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 2 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, &lt;strong&gt;HAGO SABER&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en el &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 711/2014&lt;/strong&gt; de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de MARIA JOSEFA AREVALO GONZALEZ, INMACULADA SANCHEZ CARRILLO, ELENA STEFAN, HJASSIRTG OJEDA PADILLA, BERNARDO ROIG SERVERA contra ASSOCIACIO DE FAMILIES DE ALZHEIMER DE MALLORCA sobre CANTIDAD, se ha dictado por &lt;strong&gt;S.Sª Sentencia nº 80/2016 de fecha 02/03/2016&lt;/strong&gt;, cuya &lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA/FALLO&lt;/strong&gt; se relaciona:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“FALLO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMO parcialmente &lt;/strong&gt;la demanda interpuesta por MARÍA JOSEFA ARÉVALO GONZÁLEZ, INMACULADA SÁNCHEZ CARRILLO, ELENA STEFAN y BERNARDO ROIG SERVERA y HJASSIRTG OJEDA PADILLA contra la empresa ASSOCIACIÓ DE FAMILIES DE ALZHEIMER DE MALLORCA y por ello:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1º)&lt;strong&gt; Condeno&lt;/strong&gt; a la demandada a que abone a la actora MARÍA JOSEFA ARÉVALO GONZÁLEZ la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;6.198,32 euros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2º)&lt;strong&gt; Condeno&lt;/strong&gt; a la demandada a que abone a la actora INMACULADA SÁNCHEZ CARRILLO la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;5.437,26&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;euros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3º)&lt;strong&gt; Condeno&lt;/strong&gt; a la demandada a que abone a la actora ELENA STEFAN la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;4.263,78 euros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4º)&lt;strong&gt; Condeno&lt;/strong&gt; a la demandada a que abone al actor BERNARDO ROIG SERVERA &amp;nbsp;la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;3.626,21 euros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5º)&lt;strong&gt; Condeno&lt;/strong&gt; a la demandada a que abone a la actora HJASSIRTG OJEDA PADILLA la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;35.020,70 euros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Asimismo declaro la insolvencia del la entidad demandada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese esta &amp;nbsp;resolución &amp;nbsp;a las partes en la forma que previene la Ley, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma cabe interponer Recurso de Suplicación ante la Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, anunciándolo ante este Juzgado por comparecencia o por escrito en el plazo de los cinco días hábiles siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, siendo indispensable que al tiempo de anunciarlo acredite la parte que no ostente el carácter de trabajador y no goce del beneficio de justicia gratuita, haber consignado el importe íntegro de la condena en el banco SANTANDER, en la cuenta de este Juzgado, o presentar aval solidario de Entidad Financiera por el mismo importe. Asimismo deberá constituir otro depósito por importe de 300 €, presentando el resguardo correspondiente a éste último depósito en la Secretaria del Juzgado al tiempo de interponer el Recurso y &amp;nbsp;el del primer depósito al momento de anunciarlo, sin cuyos &amp;nbsp;requisitos no podrá ser admitido.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De no anunciarse el recurso contra la presente, firme que sea, procédase al archivo de las actuaciones, previa baja en el libro correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así, por ésta mi sentencia, definitivamente juzgada en primera instancia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que sirva de &lt;strong&gt;NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a ASSOCIACIO DE FAMILIES DE ALZHEIMER DE MALLORCA&lt;/strong&gt;, en ignorado paradero, expido el presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
