	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes, se hace público que esta Alcaldía ha dictado la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Resolución núm. 92/2016 de fecha 4 de marzo de 2016: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Vista la aprobación definitiva del presupuesto municipal y de la plantilla para el año 2016 en sesión plenaria de 18/01/2016 y publicada en el BOIB núm. 21, de 13 de febrero de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 20.Uno2 de la Ley 48/2015, de 29 de octubre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2016&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 37.1 1) y 70 del Real decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 21.1 g) de la Ley 7/1985 de bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con esto, y según las disposiciones legales vigentes, &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la siguiente Oferta de ocupación pública por el ejercicio 2016:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Contra la presente Resolución podrán los interesados interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante esta Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente a su publicación.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
