	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 12 de febrero de 2016, se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears para el año 2016 (&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 23, de 18 de febrero), al que se refiere el artículo 6.1 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Consejería de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca ha propuesto añadir nuevas líneas de subvenciones en el apartado 8 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2016 y modificar otras que gestiona el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así pues, se añaden tres líneas de subvenciones para financiar el capital circulante en el sector agrario (CC), con el objeto de dar liquidez financiera a las empresas agrarias para que puedan atender los gastos producidos a causa de la sequía; para facilitar el sacrificio de las aves fuera de Mallorca, ya que no hay ningún matadero de estos animales en la isla, y para subvencionar la mejora de las instalaciones, los equipos de gestión y los procesos de control de las organizaciones profesionales pesqueras de las Illes Balears con el objeto de aumentar la competitividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se modifican, asimismo, la línea de ayudas para paliar los efectos de la sequía del invierno de 2015-2016 en la ganadería para ampliar la cuantía prevista inicialmente hasta 2.000.000 euros, y la línea de ayudas para el mantenimiento del sistema de producción ecológica, correspondiente a la medida 11.2 del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Illes Balears, para incluir la anualidad de 2016 con un importe de 2.000.000 euros, dado el incremento de las solicitudes del sector afectado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas, en la sesión de día 4 de marzo de 2016, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente Acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Añadir las siguientes líneas de subvenciones en el apartado 8 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2016:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
