&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANUNCIO: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el presente procedimiento seguido a instancia de ERIKA LOUISE RONNEKE frente a KELLY CRISTINA NEGREIROS GARNACHO, CONSORCIO COMPENSACION DE SEGUROS CONSORCIO se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 3 de Diciembre de 2015. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vistos por mí, Dª. JUANA A. ARBONA GINARD, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado de 1ª Instancia nº24 de los de esta ciudad y su partido, los autos del juicio ordinario nº547/2014 seguidos ante este Juzgado, promovidos a instancia de Dª. ERIKA LOUISE RONNEKE, representada por la Procuradora Dª. CRISTINA SAMPOL, y asistida del Letrado D. VICENTE CARDONA SERAPIO, contra Dª. KELLY CRISTINA NEGREIROS GARNACHO, declarada en rebeldía; y contra el CONSORCIO DE COMPENSACIÓN DE SEGUROS, representado y defendido por el Letrado Sustituto del Abogado del Estado D. JOAN VIDAL MERCADAL, versando los autos sobre reclamación de cantidad; y atendiendo a los siguientes, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUE DESESTIMANDO TOTALMENTE&lt;/strong&gt; la demanda interpuesta por la Procuradora Sra. Sampol, en nombre y representación de Dª. ERIKA LOUISE RONNEKE, contra Dª. KELLY CRISTINA NEGREIROS GARNACHO, declarada en rebeldía; y contra el CONSORCIO DE COMPENSACIÓN DE SEGUROS; &lt;strong&gt;ABSUELVO&lt;/strong&gt; a las demandadas de las pretensiones ejercitadas en su contra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se condena&lt;/strong&gt; expresamente en costas a la parte actora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe recurso de apelación ante la Audiencia Provincial de Baleares (Art. 455 LEC). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El recurso se interpondrá por medio de escrito presentado en este Juzgado en el plazo de veinte días hábiles contados desde el día siguiente de la notificación, con expresión de las alegaciones en las que se base la impugnación, además de citar la resolución apelada y los pronunciamientos que impugna (Art. 458 LEC, según reforma operada por la Ley 37/2011, de 10 de Octubre, de medidas de agilización procesal). Con el escrito de interposición deberá acompañarse el documento que acredite el ingreso de 50 EUROS como depósito para recurrir en la cuenta de depósitos y consignaciones de este juzgado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, KELLY CRISTINA NEGREIROS GARNACHO, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a nueve de Diciembre de dos mil quince. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
