2016-01-12 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En fecha 8 de octubre de 2015, el Pleno del Consell Insular de Mallorca aprobó inicialmente la modificación de la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa para el servicio de inspección técnica de vehículos que presta el Consell de Mallorca (revisión según el IPC para el año 2016), publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, nº. 161, de fecha 3 de noviembre de 2015 y en uno de los diarios de mayor difusión de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, durante un plazo de 30 días hábiles.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Habiendo transcurrido el plazo de treinta días de exposición pública previsto en el&nbsp; acuerdo de aprobación inicial, en cumplimiento del punto 17.1 del Real Decreto legislativo 2/20004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y visto que no se han presentado reclamaciones, este acuerdo queda elevado a definitivo de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el articulo 17.3 del Real Decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 65 de marzo, por el que se aprueba se efectuará una inspección parcial de los defectos.</span></li> <li> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">A las inspecciones periódicas en tractores y remolques agrícolas se aplicará la tasa de desplazamiento [p = 54,52€+ (n-1) x 5,46€,] cuando&nbsp; sea necesario, limitado su importe en 7,91€ como máximo por vehículo.</span></li> <li> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Las tasas caducarán al<span style="color: green;"> </span>año de la fecha de apertura de los expedientes que las motivan.</span></li>
