&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANUNCIO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el presente procedimiento ORDINARIO 18/2014 seguido a instancia de LICO LEASING S.A. a COSMAN OBRA CIVIL S.L., MANUEL MANZANARES RUIZ, JOSÉ ANDRÉS MANZANARES RUIZ, ALFONSO MANZANARES RUIZ se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&amp;nbsp; Nº 95/15&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANTECEDENTES DE HECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El día 15 de enero de 2014 tuvo entrada en este Juzgado de Primera Instancia Nº 2 de Ibiza, demanda de procedimiento declarativo ordinario, interpuesta por LICO LEASING S.A. E.F.C., frente a COSMAN OBRA CIVIL S.L., D. MANUEL MANZANARES RUIZ, D. JOSÉ ANDRÉS MANZANARES RUIZ y D. ALFONSO MANZANAREES RUIZ, en la que tras exponer los hechos y fundamentos de derecho que estimó oportunos y de aplicación, terminaba suplicando se admitiese en su día y se dictase sentencia de conformidad con el suplico de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Estimando como estimo la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; interpuesta por LICO LEASING S.A. E.F.C. frente a CONSMAN OBRA CIVIL S.L., D. ALFONSO MANZANARES RUIZ, D. JOSÉ ANDRÉS MANZANARES RUIZ y D. MANUEL MANZANARES RUIZ debo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Convalidar&lt;/strong&gt; la resolución de pleno derecho del contrato de arrendamiento financiero suscrito entre LICO LEASING S.A. E.F.C. y CONSMAN OBRA CIVIL S.L.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Declarar&lt;/strong&gt; como consecuencia de la resolución operada la demandada queda obligada a reintegrar a la actora la posesión de los bienes sobre los que recae el arrendamiento financiero, es decir, el vehículo marca IVECO modelo AD260T36 Trakker y Carrocería, junto con la Grúa incorporada al vehículo marca FASSI, modelo F-310AXP27.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Declarar&lt;/strong&gt; que la parte demandada, adeuda a LICO LEASING, S.A. E.F.C. la suma de NUEVE MIL QUINIENTOS DOS EUROS&amp;nbsp; Y NOVENTA CÉNTIMOS (9.502,90.-€), la cantidad a la que ascienden las mensualidades pactadas venzan (excluido el impuesto indirecto), desde la fecha en que se instó la resolución, hasta la fecha de efectiva entrega de los bienes objeto de los contratos, una indemnización equivalente al DIEZ (10) por CIEN (100) de las cuotas pendientes no vencidas en la fecha de devolución y plena disponibilidad de los bienes dados en arrendamiento financiero, y los intereses de demora, al tipo pactado del 2 por 100 mensual, desde las fechas en que venzan las respectivas obligaciones económicas hasta las de su efectivo pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Se condene&lt;/strong&gt; a la parte demandada a estar y pasar por las anteriores declaraciones y al abono de las costas procesales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de VEINTE DÍAS desde su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de COSMAN OBRA CIVIL S.L., JOSÉ ANDRÉS MANZANARES RUIZ, ALFONSO MANZANARES RUIZ, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En IBIZA/EIVISSA, a nueve de Diciembre de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
