	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D/Dª&amp;nbsp; CONCEPCIÓN SALCEDO MARTINEZ, Secretario/a Judicial del Juzgado de lo Social nº 001 de IBIZA/EIVISSA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 0000064/2015 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª NOEMI GRANADOS OCAÑA contra la empresa CRISTIAN GIANNOBILE, sobre DESPIDO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DILIGENCIA DE CONSTANCIA SECRETARIA JUDICIAL Dª CONCEPCIÓN SALCEDO MARTINEZ.- En Ibiza a veinticuatro de noviembre de dos mil quince. La pongo para hacer constar que siendo la hora señalada para la celebración de la comparecencia prevista en los presentes autos por la Policía Local de Santa Eulalia se nos participa la no localización-citación del demandado, de lo que doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DILIGENCIA DE ORDENACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SECRETARIO/A JUDICIAL SR/SRA D/Dª.&amp;nbsp; CONCEPCIÓN SALCEDO MARTINEZ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En IBIZA/EIVISSA, a veinticuatro de Noviembre de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No habiéndose podido citar al demandado para la celebración de la comparecencia prevista para el día de hoy, se acuerda suspender la misma y , habiendo presentado el/los trabajador/es Dª NOEMI GRANADOS OCAÑA exigiendo el cumplimiento por el empresario CRISTIAN GIANNOBILE de la obligación de readmisión, y habiéndose despachado auto de ejecución dictado, de conformidad al art.280 de la LJS, acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Citar de comparecencia a las partes y al Fondo de Garantía Salarial con las advertencias legales y haciéndoles saber que deben asistir con los medios de prueba de que intenten valerse, señalándose para que tenga lugar el mismo la audiencia del próximo día lunes 11.01.16&amp;nbsp; a las 10.00 horas de su mañana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Inténtese la citación del demandado por medio de la policía local de Santa Eulalia y asimismo, a la vista del contenido de la diligencia que extiende la Policía Local por medio de exhorto y policia local de San Antonio de Portmany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De no asistir el/los trabajador/es o persona que le/s represente se le/s tendrá por desistido/s en su solicitud; si no lo hiciese el empresario o su representante se celebrará el acto sin su presencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo, a la vista de la no localización del ejecutado,&amp;nbsp; acuerdo la citación cautelar del mismo por medio de edictos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN: Mediante recurso de reposición a interponer ante quien dicta esta resolución, en el plazo de TRES DÍAS hábiles siguientes a su notificación con expresión de la infracción que a juicio del recurrente contiene la misma, sin que la interposición del recurso tenga efectos suspensivos con respecto a la resolución recurrida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;EL/LA SECRETARIO/A JUDICIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a D. CRISTIAN GIANNOBILE, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
