	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Pleno del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en sesión celebrada día 8 de octubre de 2015, adoptó, entre otros, el acuerdo de aprobación de las tarifas aplicables a partir de día 1 de enero de 2016 a los servicios de Inspección Técnica de Vehículos realizados por la entidad concesionaria del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Detectado un error en el citado acuerdo, en la fórmula del servicio nº 10 de la inspección técnica del vehículos, el Pleno del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en sesión de fecha 10 de diciembre de 2015, acordó rectificar el acuerdo que aprobaba las tarifas aplicables a partir de dia 1 de enero de 2016 a los servicios de Inspección Técnica de Vehículos realizados por la entidad concesionaria del servicio, que quedará de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;-&lt;em&gt; Para la segunda inspección de comprobación de la corrección de los defectos observados en la inspección periódica (excepto vehículos agrícolas) con resultado desfavorable, se abonará una tasa del 30% de la primera, siempre que el plazo de presentación del vehículo no sea superior a dos meses; en este caso se procederá a realizar una inspección completa en el vehículo, abonando el 100% de la tasa correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;En caso de que el resultado de la inspección periódica (excepto vehículos agrícolas) sea desfavorable, y que los defectos observados no obliguen a pasar por la línea de inspección para comprobar su corrección, y no sean más de 4 defectos graves, se concederá un plazo máximo de 7 días hábiles para poder pasar la segunda inspección sin abonar tasas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;Las tasas caducarán al año de la fecha de apertura de los expedientes que las motivan.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;A estas tarifas se añadirá el IVA.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
