	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mediante Resolución de Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Formentera, el pasado 04 de diciembre de 2015, se aprobó l siguiente modificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;MODIFICACIÓN DE LAS BASES REGULADORAS DE LA CONVOCATORIA Y REALIZACIÓN DE LAS PRUEBAS DE APTITUD PARA LA OBTENCIÓN DEL PERMISO LOCAL DE CONDUCTOR EN FORMENTERA, 2016, publicadas en el BOIB Núm. 173 de 24 de Noviembre de 2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Se modifica el punto 3 (Presentación de solicitudes) de las bases publicadas, de manera que queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Está prevista la realización de las pruebas en dos convocatorias:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primera convocatoria (febrero de 2016)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segunda convocatoria (marzo 2016)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán en el Registro General del Consell Insular de Formentera (Oficina OAC, C/ Ramon Llull de Sant Francesc Xavier de Formentera) y deberán ajustarse al modelo publicado junto con la presente convocatoria como &lt;strong&gt;Anexo I&lt;/strong&gt;, indicando si es Primera o Segunda Convocatoria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Junto con la solicitud, las personas aspirantes deberán presentar la siguiente documentación debidamente compulsada:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fotocopia del DNI o NIE. Ser mayor de edad, español o nacional de un Estado miembro de la Unión Europea, o nacional de aquellos Estados en los que, en virtud de tratados internacionales celebrados con la Unión Europea (UE) y ratificados por España, sean de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores con los plazos en que ésta se halle definida en el Tratado Constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea. Fotocopia del NIE. Los nacionales de otros Estados por los que es de aplicación el derecho a la libre circulación de trabajadores o extranjeros con permiso de residencia permanente o permiso de trabajo y residencia en vigor o en trámite de renovación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fotocopia del permiso de conducir BTP o superior, expedido en España.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fotocopia del certificado de escolaridad, certificado de estudios primarios u otro título superior, como Graduado Escolar o título académico equivalente o superior. En caso de titulaciones obtenidas en el extranjero, las personas aspirantes deberán presentar original o copia compulsada de la credencial que acredite su homologación, o bien original o copia compulsada de la credencial para el ejercicio de la profesión correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cualquier certificado, diploma o título que acredite conocimientos básicos de la lengua catalana. En el caso de que no se aporten estos certificados o títulos, será requisito que superen una prueba específica de estos conocimientos, que será convocada por el Consell.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una fotografía tamaño carné (en el anverso de la fotografía deberá constar el nombre y DNI).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las personas aspirantes que sean extranjeras de países de habla no castellana, además de los documentos anteriores, deberán aportar fotocopia del diploma superior de lengua castellana-español como lengua extranjera o del certificado de aptitud en español para extranjeros expedido por las escuelas oficiales de idiomas conforme al Real Decreto 1137/2002, de 31 de octubre y, en el caso de que no lo tengan, será requisito que superen una prueba específica de estos conocimientos convocada por el Consell, de acuerdo con la anterior normativa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Certificado vigente emitido por la Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico, en el que se acredite que el interesado no ha sido sancionado por resolución firme en los dos últimos años por las infracciones calificadas como muy graves de las previstas en el Real Decreto 1428/2003, de 21 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General de Circulación para la aplicación y desarrollo del texto articulado de la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial y en el Real Decreto Legislativo 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto articulado de la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Certificado vigente expedido por el Registro Central de Penados y Rebeldes del Ministerio de Justicia de no tener antecedentes penales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Certificado médico de capacidad física y psicológica, vigente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Permiso de conducir de clase B o superior, en vigor, según establezca el Reglamento General de Conductores vigente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Abono de la tasa correspondiente por los derechos de examen (30 euros)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se podrá hacer uso de los derechos derivados del artículo 35.f de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, en el sentido de no tener que aportar documentos, cuando proceda, que ya consten en este Consell, siempre que aquellos documentos no hayan quedado sobrevenidamente modificados o se hayan alterado las situaciones jurídicas. Se deberá indicar cuando se aportaron aquellos documentos y de qué expediente se trataba, si se diera el caso.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
