	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Aprobación definitiva de modificación de crédito 22/2015 de concesión de crédito extraordinario financiado con remanente de tesorería para gastos generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Habiendo finalizado el periodo de exposición al público para poder examinar y presentar las oportunas reclamaciones al expediente de modificación de crédito 22/2015, dentro del presupuesto municipal del 2015, aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento en Pleno en la sesión ordinaria del día 26 de octubre de 2015 y teniendo en cuenta que durante el periodo del 9 al 25 de noviembre de 2015, según edicto insertado en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears número 164, de fecha 07-11-2015 y en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, no se han presentado alegaciones en contra. El mencionado expediente queda elevado a definitivo tal y como establece el artículo 169 del RDL 2/2004 por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y se hace pública la modificación presupuestaria acordada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Lo que se hace público en cumplimiento a la normativa vigente, significando que contra la aprobación definitiva, las personas legitimadas podrán interponer podrán interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contencioso Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente a la publicación de este anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
