&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANUNCIO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el presente procedimiento&amp;nbsp; seguido a instancia de&amp;nbsp; ABM REXEL SLU frente a JORGE GABILONDO LAPEYRA se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 26 de octubre de 2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vistos por mí, D. Víctor Fernández González, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Palma de Mallorca, los autos de Juicio Verbal con número 453/2015, en el que es parte demandante la entidad mercantil ABM Rexel SLU, representada por el Procurador D. Alejandro Silvestre Benedicto, y parte demandada D. Jorge Gabilondo Lapeyra, sin representación procesal ni asistencia letrada, por lo que se le declaró en situación de rebeldía procesal, habiendo versado el presente procedimiento sobre RECLAMACIÓN DE CANTIDAD Y RESPONSABILIDAD POR DEUDAS, dicto la presente sentencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Que con ESTIMACIÓN ÍNTEGRA &lt;/strong&gt;de la demanda presentada por el Procurador Don Alejandro Silvestre Benedicto, en nombre y representación de la entidad mercantil ABM Rexel SLU contra D. Jorge Gabilondo Lapeyra, debo CONDENAR y CONDENO a D. Jorge Gabilondo Lapeyra a que pague a la entidad mercantil ABM Rexel SLU la cantidad de 3.709,26 euros, más los intereses explicitados en el fundamento de derecho tercero. Todo ello con expresa condena en costas procesales a la parte demandada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes y hágales saber que contra la misma no cabe RECURSO DE APELACION.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así por esta mi Sentencia, de la que se unirá testimonio a los autos de su razón, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;– Leída y publicada ha sido la anterior sentencia por el Magistrado-Juez Don Víctor Fernández González, mientras celebraba audiencia pública en el día de su fecha el Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Palma de Mallorca, de lo que como Secretario certifico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, JORGE GABILONDO LAPEYRA, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a diez de Noviembre de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
