&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0000094/2014 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª FERNANDO SAEZ BAREA contra la empresa&amp;nbsp;HAND YOUR WORLD SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“SENTENCIA&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En Palma de Mallorca a 26 de octubre de 2015&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DOÑA CECILIA FERNÁNDEZ PRIETO, Juez de Adscripción Territorial del TSJ de las Islas Baleares adscrita en refuerzo al Juzgado de lo Social nº 1 de Palma de Mallorca, ha visto los presentes autos de &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO Nº 94/2014&lt;/strong&gt;, seguido entre partes, de una como actora &lt;strong&gt;DON FERNANDO SAEZ BAREA &lt;/strong&gt;representada por el Letrado Sr. LEdesma y de otra como demandada&lt;strong&gt; HAND YOUR WORLD S.L. &lt;/strong&gt;sobre&lt;strong&gt; RECLAMACIÓN DE CANTIDAD, con citación al FOGASA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;FALLO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que &lt;strong&gt;estimando parcialmente &lt;/strong&gt;la demanda interpuesta por DON FERNANDO SAEZ BAREA frente a HAND YOUR WORLD S.L. &lt;strong&gt;debo condenar y condeno&lt;/strong&gt; a la empresa a pagar al actor la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;1639,77&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;euros &lt;/strong&gt;en concepto de salarios, &lt;strong&gt;cantidad ésta que se incrementará en un treinta por ciento anual de interés por mora hasta la fecha de la presente resolución, &lt;/strong&gt;todo ello con absolución del FOGASA, sin perjuicio de sus responsabilidades legales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese esta&amp;nbsp; resolución&amp;nbsp; a las partes en la forma que previene la Ley, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;haciéndoles saber que la misma es firme y frente a ella no cabe interponer recurso alguno. Procédase al archivo de las actuaciones, previa baja en el libro correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así, por esta mi sentencia, definitivamente juzgada en primera instancia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DILIGENCIA DE PUBLICACIÓN Y DEPÓSITO.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La anterior fue hecho pública por la Ilma. Sra. Juez que la suscribe, en el día de la fecha durante las horas de audiencia mediante depósito en esta Secretaría a mi cargo, emitiendo, seguidamente, certificación de la misma para su unión a los Autos, y archivando el original de la sentencia en el libro correspondiente. Doy fe”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp;HAND YOUR WORLD SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
