	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D/Dª&amp;nbsp; TERESA MARIA BALLESTER MANRESA, Secretario/a Judicial del Juzgado de lo Social nº 001 de IBIZA/EIVISSA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento ORDINARIO 1122/2014 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª STEPHANIE ALEXANDRA HENRIETTE LANGE contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; FOGASA,&amp;nbsp;LESOUK, SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Estimo la demanda interpuesta por &lt;strong&gt;Dª. STEPHANE ALEXANDRA HENRIETTE LANGE &lt;/strong&gt;contra &lt;strong&gt;LESOUK, S.L. y FOGASA&lt;/strong&gt;, y condeno a &lt;strong&gt;LESOUK, S.L. &lt;/strong&gt;a hacerle pago de la cantidad de 7.910,71 euros, más el 30 % sobre dicho importe. Absuelvo al &lt;strong&gt;FOGASA&lt;/strong&gt;, sin perjuicio de sus responsabilidades subsidiarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se condena igualmente a la demandada &lt;strong&gt;LESOUK, S.L. &lt;/strong&gt;al abono de las costas a la parte actora, por un importe de 300 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes haciéndoles saber que contra la misma cabe interponer recurso de suplicación ante la Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Baleares, anunciándolo ante este Juzgado por comparecencia o por escrito en el plazo de los cinco días hábiles siguientes al de la notificación del presente fallo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp;LESOUK, SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
