	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DÑA.&amp;nbsp; MARGARITA AVELLÁ SALOM SECRETARIA DEL JUZGADO DE INSTRUCCIÓN NÚMERO 005 DE PALMA DE MALLORCA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DOY FE Y TESTIMONIO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el Juicio de Faltas nº 463/2015 se ha dictado la presente sentencia, que en su parte dispositiva dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que&amp;nbsp; debo &lt;strong&gt;CONDENAR &lt;/strong&gt;y &lt;strong&gt;CONDENO &lt;/strong&gt;a&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;MARIA PRESENTACION ROLDAN BLANCAS &lt;/strong&gt;como autora responsable de una falta de lesiones, prevista y penada en el artículo 617,1 del Código Penal, a la pena de un mes de multa a razón de seis euros diarios,&amp;nbsp;y a que indemnice a DAVINIA BERMUDEZ GARCIA en la cantidad de 60 euros por los días que tardó en curar de las lesiones, y al abono de las costas causadas, con responsabilidad personal subsidiaria prevista en el artículo 53 del Código Penal de privación de un día de libertad por cada dos cuotas diarias no satisfechas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de los cinco días siguientes a su notificación y que se formalizará conforme lo dispuesto en los artículos 795 y 796 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Así por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que conste y sirva de Notificación de Sentencia a&lt;strong&gt; MARIA PRESENTACION ROLDAN BLANCAS&lt;/strong&gt; su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de ILLES BALEARS, expido la presente en PALMA DE MALLORCA a catorce de octubre de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA a 14 de Octubre de 2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
