	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Se intentaron notificar, sin éxito, varias resoluciones por las cuales se iniciaban procedimientos de baja de varios centros en el Registro de Centros y Entidades de Formación Profesional para el Empleo y se daba trámite de audiencia previa para hacer alegaciones y presentar los documentos que se considerasen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:.75pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Los procedimientos se habían iniciado de conformidad con el artículo 17 del Real decreto-ley 4/2015, de 22 de marzo, para la reforma urgente del Sistema de Formación Profesional para el Empleo, por indicios de incumplimiento de la obligación de mantener las exigencias técnico-pedagógicas, de instalaciones, equipamientos y medios humanos a tener en cuenta para las inscripciones y acreditaciones del centro de formación, dado que durante los tres últimos ejercicios (2012-2015) las entidades responsables no han impartido ninguna acción formativa de formación profesional para el empleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:.75pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, también se notificaron estas resoluciones por medio de publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y también por medio de anuncios en el tablón de edictos de los ayuntamientos correspondientes al último domicilio de las personas interesadas. Se les dio un plazo de 10 días de audiencia previa, a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación o a la exposición en edictos, de acuerdo con el artículo 84 de la Ley 30/1992, con el advertimiento de que, si una vez transcurrido el plazo no se había hecho ninguna alegación ni presentado ninguna justificación, se procedería a tramitar la resolución final de baja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:.75pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El plazo de audiencia concedido ha transcurrido sin que se haya presentado ninguna alegación ni documento justificativo y, por tanto, se han dictado resoluciones finales de baja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:.75pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Así pues, ahora se notifican las resoluciones finales de baja para ponerlas en conocimiento de las personas y entidades interesadas, las cuales se relacionan en el anexo I junto con los datos de los centros afectados por las resoluciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:.75pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Los expedientes se encuentran a su disposición en el Servicio de Empleo de las Islas Baleares (SOIB), en el Camí Vell de Bunyola, 43, 1º, 07009 Palma, de lunes a viernes de 9.00 a 14.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:.75pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Contra estas resoluciones –que agotan la vía administrativa– las personas interesadas pueden interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Trabajo, Comercio e Industria, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación o exposición en edictos, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración autonómica de las Islas Baleares y los artículos 116 y 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las Administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:.75pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;También pueden interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente de la publicación o exposición en edictos, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
