CAIB 572127 CAIB 2015-10-29 43744 2015-10-31 280 text/html ![CDATA[Resolución del director del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en relación con la convocatoria de ayudas para promover la movilidad exterior y entre islas de la cultura durante el año 2015]] 43752 15925 ![CDATA[<p> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Hechos</span></strong></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">1. </span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">El día 15 de enero de 2015 se publicó, en el BOIB nº 8, la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de día 8 de enero de 2015, por la que se convocaban ayudas para promover la movilidad exterior y entre islas de la cultura.</span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">2. </span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Se presentaron un total de 47 solicitudes de subvención correspondientes a Javier Ciria, Cristòfol David Juanico Alzina, Associació Manàngelment Musical, Mateu Malondra Flaquer, Produccions del Mar Management, Runaway Records SL, Sebastià Jordà Ramis, La Fornal d'Espectacles de Ferro, Associació Músics per la Llengua, Coloma Roig Paredes, auMents Espectacles SL, Associació ISLA, Res de Res i En Blanc SL, Electric Chair Music, Sandungueros Samba Club, Marcos Vidal Font, Ian Waelder, Maria José Ribas Bermúdez, Aina Riera Serra, Leticia Muñoz Maria, David Campaner Navarrete, Maria del Mar Agüera Llinás, Adriana Maria Cerecero Alvarado, Rafael Bestard Más, Albert Pinya, Poeticart, Horacio Sapere, Christian Montesinos, Maria Isabel Uribe y Fabián Schalekamp. </span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">3. </span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">La Comisión Evaluadora</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> revisó y valoró los expedientes de acuerdo con los criterios de evaluación establecidos en el punto 10 de la Resolución de convocatoria y emitió un informe, con fecha 23 de junio de 2015, que consta en el expediente.</span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">4. </span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">El 3 de diciembre de 2014 el director del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos emitió un certificado en el que acreditaba la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el presupuesto del IEB correspondiente al año 2015 para hacer frente a los gastos relativos a la convocatoria de ayudas para promover la movilidad exterior y entre islas de la cultura.</span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">5. </span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">El punto 15 de la convocatoria establece que, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 43 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, se debe revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión, el beneficiario incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos concretos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención.</span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Fundamentos de derecho</span></strong></p> <p> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;">1. La Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de día 8 de enero de 2015, por la que se convocaban ayudas para promover la movilidad exterior y entre islas de la cultura.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;">2.
