	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notificación de la Resolución de Revocación parcial correspondiente a la anualidad 2013 de&amp;nbsp; la Resolución de concesión de día 25 de mayo de 2012, del expediente 55/09&amp;nbsp; el titular del cual es&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; en relación a la línea de ayudas&amp;nbsp; destinadas al Fomento de la Agricultura Ecológica, correspondientes al año 2009.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/99, de 13 de enero, ya que no se ha podido localizar al interesado, mediante este anuncio se notifica a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;, con DNI &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;, en relación al expediente 55/09 de la línea de ayudas destinadas al Fomento de la Agricultura ecológica, la siguiente Resolución firmada con fecha 18 de junio de 2015 por el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;“RESOLUCIÓN DE REVOCACIÓN PARCIAL CORRESPONDIENTE A LA ANUALIDAD 2.013 DE LA RESOLUCIÓN DE CONCESIÓN DE DIA 25 DE MAYO DE 2012.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Con fecha 28/04/09 tuvo entrada una solicitud de ayuda para el Fomento de la Agricultura y la Ganadería ecológicas presentada por &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;exp. 55/09 con DNI/CIF &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;, al amparo de la Resolución de la Presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares mediante&amp;nbsp; la cual se aprobó la convocatoria para el año 2009, de las ayudas destinadas al Fomento de la Agricultura Ecológica.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Con fecha 25/05/12, el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA firmó una resolución&amp;nbsp; en la que se autorizaba y disponía el gasto de una ayuda a favor del interesado por un importe de hasta&amp;nbsp; 549,78€&amp;nbsp; anuales, de acuerdo con la siguiente distribución anual y con cargo a las siguientes partidas presupuestarias:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 72pt"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Cambios de SIGPAC&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Considerando la propuesta de día 20/05/14 y en uso de las facultades que me han sido conferidas en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo 8b) del Decreto 64/2005, de 10 de junio;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Revocar parcialmente la resolución de concesión del vicepresidente del FOGAIBA de 25/05/12 para la quinta&amp;nbsp; anualidad en un importe de&amp;nbsp; 14,96€.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-&amp;nbsp; 5,23 € con cargo a la línea FEADER &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-&amp;nbsp; 9,73 € con cargo al presupuesto del FOGAIBA del ejercicio del año 2013.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de recepción de la notificación de la presente resolución, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y en los artículos 114 y 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/99, de 13 enero."&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
