	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;En relación con el asunto de referencia, y de acuerdo con el artículo 31.3 de la ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre de evaluación ambiental, se publica el Acuerdo del Pleno de la CMAIB, en sesión de 17 de septiembre de 2015,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“CONSIDERANDO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que el Programa Operativo FEDER 2014-2020 con acuerdo de conformidad del Pleno de la Comisión de Medio Ambiente constaba de 5 objetivos temáticos que son los siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.OT 1: Potenciar la investigación, el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.OT 2: Mejorar el uso y la calidad de las tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación y el acceso a las mismas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.OT 3: Mejorar la competitividad de las PYMES.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.OT 4: Favorecer la transición a una economía baja en carbono en todos los sectores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e. OT 6: Conservar y proteger el medio ambiente y promover la eficiencia de los recursos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Que se incluye un nuevo objetivo temático (OT 10) consistente en mejorar las infraestructuras de educación y formación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Que estas modificaciones están justificadas por restricciones de la normativa comunitaria en materia de financiación de las infraestructuras de saneamiento de aguas lo cual implica la necesidad de abrir un nuevo objetivo para prever el gasto extraordinario que permite la imposibilidad de realizar unas inversiones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Que la modificación implica únicamente una reestructuración de las dotaciones sobrantes a raíz de ciertas restricciones sobrevenidas con el objetivo de no desaprovechar los fondos previstos en el programa operativo FEDER, de forma que no es previsible que esta modificación suponga efectos negativos sobre el medio ambiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ACUERDA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;considerar adecuada la incorporación del objetivo temático (OT 10) consistente en mejorar las infraestructuras de educación y formación en el Programa Operativo FEDER 2014-2020.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La presente certificación se emite antes de ser aprobada el acta correspondiente de la sesión de 17 de septiembre de 2015, y a reserva de los términos que resulten de su aprobación, en conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 27.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y procedimiento administrativo común.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
