&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento&amp;nbsp;ORDINARIO 0001004/2014 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de D. SERGIO PASCUAL JIMENEZ contra&amp;nbsp; EXCELQUIMIA SL sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiéndose aprobado un segundo refuerzo para los Juzgados de lo Social de Palma de Mallorca por decreto del Excmo. Sr. Presidente del TSJ de Baleares, de fecha 29/07/2015 y conforme a los criterios de señalamientos aprobados en Junta de Jueces de lo Social de fecha 30/07/2015, &lt;strong&gt;se acuerda:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Suspender&lt;/strong&gt; los actos de conciliación y juicio señalados para el día 04/07/2016 a las 10.30 horas, &lt;strong&gt;señalándose nuevamente&lt;/strong&gt; los actos de conciliación y, en su caso, Juicio para el próximo &lt;strong&gt;día 29/01/2016 a las 11.15 horas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Comunicar la suspensión y la nueva citación a las partes del presente procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dar cuenta al Juez de la suspensión y del nuevo señalamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a EXCELQUIMIA S.L., en ignorado paradero, expido el presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de BALEARES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
