	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;Por Resolución de la Regidora delegada de Contratación núm. 1545 de fecha 17 de junio de 2015, se adjudicó el contrato de servicio catering en Centro de Dia, mediante procedimiento abierto, oferta económicamente mas ventajosa, un único criterio de adjudicación, el precio mas bajo , publicándose su formalización a los efectos del artículo 154 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 3/2011, de 14 de noviembre&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
