	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, se hace pública la notificación a las personas que a continuación ser relacionan, porque se ignara el domicilio o porque habiéndose intentado la notificación, no se ha podido realizar la misma en el último domicilio conocido, por lo que se procede a la publicación de la resolución Nº 416 de fecha 11 de agosto de 2015 que a continuación se transcribe, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dada cuenta de la propuesta presentada por la entidad que realiza el servicio de retirada y custodia de perros sueltos y / o abandonados en el Término Municipal de Sant Joan de Labritja, Can Dog S.L., en la cual se comunica que se ha procedido a la retirada de los perros relacionados en el siguiente listado:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto que los perros han estado en la perrera municipal de la entidad colaboradora durante un plazo superior a 10 días sin que se hayan personado los propietarios para la recuperación de los animales, y en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente; por el presente HE RESUELTO:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;: Otorgar a los propietarios un plazo de 15 días a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la notificación de la presente resolución, para la recuperación de los animales; en caso contrario los animales serán considerados definitivamente abandonados y podrán ser cedidos en adopción o sacrificados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO: &lt;/strong&gt;Que se de traslado del presente acuerdo a las personas interesadas.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
