	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dª TERESA MARIA BALLESTER MANRESA, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Social nº1 de EIVISSA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 108/2015 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D. ANTONIO ROJO MENCHERO contra la empresa BERNARDO BLANCO PEDROZO, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;AUTO 20/07/15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Dispongo:&lt;/strong&gt; Despachar orden general de ejecución&amp;nbsp; a favor de la parte ejecutante, ANTONIO ROJO MENCHERO, frente a BERNARDO BLANCO PEDROZO, parte ejecutada, por importe de 199,65 euros en concepto de principal, más otros 39,93 euros que se fijan provisionalmente en concepto de intereses que, en su caso, puedan devengarse durante la ejecución y las costas de ésta, sin perjuicio de su posterior liquidación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El presente auto, junto con el decreto que dictará el/la Secretario/a judicial, y copia de la demanda ejecutiva, serán notificados simultáneamente a la parte ejecutada, tal y como dispone el artículo 553 de la LEC, quedando la ejecutada apercibida a los efectos mencionados en los razonamientos jurídicos tercero y cuarto de esta resolución, y conforme disponen los artículos 251.2 y 239.3 de la LJS.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DECRETO 20/07/15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En orden a dar efectividad a las medidas concretas solicitadas, &lt;strong&gt;acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Proceder al embargo de bienes y a las medidas de localización y averiguación de los bienes del ejecutado que procedan, conforme a lo previsto en los arts. 589 y 590 LEC.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- El embargo de los saldos acreedores para asegurar la responsabilidad de BERNARDO BLANCO PEDROZO, librándose al efecto los despachos necesarios para su efectividad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Consultar las aplicaciones informáticas del Órgano judicial para la averiguación de bienes del ejecutado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Cautelarmente, para evitar mayor dilación y consiguiente perjuicio a los trabajadores y no obstante la posible subrogación del FOGASA en su día, oígase a dicho organismo público y a la actora, por término de QUINCE DÍAS a fin que insten lo que a su derecho convenga en orden a la continuación de la ejecución designando en tal caso bienes concretos del deudor sobre los que despachar ejecución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a BERNARDO BLANCO PEDROZO, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt;
