	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 9.2 g) de la ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de Consejos Insulares y del artículo 17 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 136, de 16 de septiembre de 2010), el Ple del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el día 16 de julio de 2015 se aprobó el número, características y retribuciones de los altos cargos de esta Institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Vistas las propuestas de fecha 17 de julio de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Transparencia, Participación, Buen Gobierno, TIC y formación y de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Sanidad, Bienestar Social, Igualdad y Relaciones con Entidades y Asociaciones; de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Interior, Comercio, Industria y Relaciones Institucionales y de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Territorio y Mobilidad; del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Medio Ambiente, Vivienda y Medio Rural y Marino y del conseller ejecutivo del Departamento de Educación y Patrimonio, Cultura, Deportes y Juventud; del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Economía y Hacienda y de la vicepresidenta 2ª y consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Interior, Comercio, Industria y Relaciones Institucionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Visto el informe propuesta de fecha 22 de julio de 2015 emitido por la jefa de la Sección de Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Visto el informe favorable emitido por Intervención en fecha 22 de julio de 2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, en uso de las atribuciones que legalemente tiene conferidas en virtud del artículo 9.w de la ley de Consejos y 76 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza esta Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;DISPONE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;PRIMERO.- Nombrar los siguientes altos cargoos, con efectos del día 24 de julio de 2015:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Sr. Vicent Torres Ferrer, con DNI núm. 41441688N, director insular de Turismo, con un coste total para el año 2015 de 22,969,20€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Sr. Federico Lidiano Rey Castelló, con DNI núm. 19842500D, secretario técnico de Transparencia, Buen Gobierno, TIC, Bienestar Social, Sanidad y Participación Ciudadana, con un coste total para el año 2015 de 22.969,20€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Sr. Ramón Roca Mérida, con DNI núm. 39187905E, secretario técnico de Turismo, Interior, Territorio y Mobilidad con un coste total para el año 2015 de 22,969,20€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Sra. Maria Catalina Tur Torres, con DNI núm. 41452464R, secretaria técnica de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura, Cultura, Educación, Patrimonio, Deportes y Juventud con un coste total para el año 2015 de 22.969,20€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Sr. Sergio Sorà Pascual, con DNI núm. 41452504H, secretario técnico de Economía, Hacienda, Industria y Comercio con un coste total para el año 2015 de 22,969,20€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;SEGUNDO.- Notificar este Decreto a las personas interesadas y publicarlo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; a efectos de general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
