	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por el presente Edicto se hace público el acuerdo plenario de 30 de junio de 2015 relativo a la creación de la Junta de Gobierno Local que se transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 20 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LBRL) y los artículos 22 y 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre , municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, según los cuales, la Junta de Gobierno Local existe en aquellos municipios de más de 5.000 habitantes y en aquellos en que lo disponga el reglamento orgánico o el pleno de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Asimismo, la Junta de Gobierno Local, con las funciones que le atribuye la legislación básica de régimen local, es presidida por el Alcalde y formada por un número de concejales no superior al tercio del número legal de los mismos, designados y cesados &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;libremente por el Alcalde , dando cuenta posteriormente al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Sus funciones propias son las que le atribuye el artículo 23.2 de la LBRL:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- La asistencia al Alcalde en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Las atribuciones que el Alcalde u otro órgano municipal le delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Asimismo, el Alcalde y el Pleno pueden delegarle todas aquellas competencias que la ley permite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local celebrará sesiones ordinarias con la periodicidad acordada por el Pleno de la Corporación, de conformidad con el artículo 88.1 LMRLIB, que deberá ser cada quince días como mínimo, de conformidad con el artículo 112 ROF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por todo ello, por mayoría simple, se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;ACORDÓ:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1.- Crear la Junta de Gobierno Local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2.- Estará compuesta por el Alcalde que la presidirá y tres concejales nombrados libremente por el Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;3.- Se reunirá en sesión ordinaria cada jueves a las 17:00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;4- Sus funciones serán las que le atribuye la normativa sobre régimen local, sin perjuicio de las competencias que posteriormente puedan delegarle el Alcalde o el Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
