	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DON ANTONIO MARI MARI, ALCALDE-PRESIDENTE DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANT JOAN DE LABRITJA; HACE SABER:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De conformidad con los acuerdos adoptados en la Sesión Plenaria Organizativa celebrada con fecha&amp;nbsp; 2 de julio de 2015, en reserva de lo que resulte de la aprobación del acta de la sesión citada, para general conocimiento se eleva a exposición pública&amp;nbsp; lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DELEGACIONES ESPECÍFICAS A LOS CONCEJALES DE LA CORPORACIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 45, 63, 120 y 121 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, se dio cuenta del Decreto de la Alcaldía Nº 336/15 con el contenido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Delegar a favor de los Concejales que a continuación se indican, las delegaciones especiales siguientes, para la dirección y gestión de los asuntos que se indican, con señalamiento de las facultades que se incluyen en dichas delegaciones:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D. ANDRÉS ROIG MARÍ: Concejal de Política Territorial, Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural, Vías y Obras.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Suplente: D.ª Catalina Serra Boned&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D. SANTIAGO MARÍ TORRES: Concejal de Educación, Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D.ª CATALINA SERRA BONED: Concejal de Centros Educativos y Centros Sociales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Suplente: D. Andrés Roig Marí&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D.ª Mª LOURDES MARÍ TORRES: Concejal de Bienestar Social y Política Sanitaria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Suplente: D.ª Mª Tania Marí Marí&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las delegaciones comprenderán la dirección interna y la gestión de los servicios correspondientes, no incluyendo la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Establecer una comisión de trabajo formada por todos los concejales y presidida por el Alcalde a la cual se podrá invitar para asuntos puntuales a personas que puedan aportar información trascendente y previa consulta y confirmación por el Alcalde. Se establece su periodicidad mensual.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dar cuenta de la presente Resolución al Pleno, en la sesión extraordinaria que celebre en cumplimiento del artículo 38 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, y publíquese en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears; todo ello sin&amp;nbsp; perjuicio de la efectividad de las Delegaciones desde el día siguiente al de la fecha de esta Resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Notificar la presente Resolución a todos los interesados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Lo que se hace público para el general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
