	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dª TERESA MARIA BALLESTER MANRESA, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Social nº1 de EIVISSA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 48/2015 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D. RODRIGO ROYO CABLOR y IRYNA POLIVANOVA contra la empresa JOSE MANUEL RODRIGUEZ PRIETO,&amp;nbsp;PERFECT FOCUS EVENTS, SL, sobre DESPIDO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;AUTO 02/07/15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Dispongo:&lt;/strong&gt; Despachar orden general de ejecución&amp;nbsp; a favor de la parte ejecutante, RODRIGO ROYO CAMBLOR, IRYNA POLIVANOVA, frente a JOSE MANUEL RODRIGUEZ PRIETO,&amp;nbsp; PERFECT FOCUS EVENTS, SL, parte ejecutada, por importe de 39343,63€, desglosándose entre los ejecutantes del siguiente modo: a D. RODRIGO ROYO CAMBLOR le corresponde la cantidad de 23446,59€&amp;nbsp; y a Dª IRYNA POLIVANOVA le corresponde la cantidad de 15897,04€ principal, más otros 7868,73 euros que se fijan provisionalmente en concepto de intereses que, en su caso, puedan devengarse durante la ejecución y las costas de ésta, sin perjuicio de su posterior liquidación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DECRETO 02/07/15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Requerir de pago a JOSE MANUEL RODRIGUEZ PRIETO,&amp;nbsp; PERFECT FOCUS EVENTS, SL, por la cantidad reclamada en concepto de principal e intereses devengados, en su caso, hasta la fecha de la demanda, y, si no pagase en el acto, procédase al embargo de sus bienes en la medida suficiente para responder por la cantidad por la que se ha despachado ejecución más las costas de ésta, librándose al efecto mandamiento a la Comisión Judicial para que practique el requerimiento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Proceder al embargo de bienes y a las medidas de localización y averiguación de los bienes del ejecutado que procedan, conforme a lo previsto en los arts. 589 y 590 LEC.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- El embargo de los saldos acreedores para asegurar la responsabilidad de JOSE MANUEL RODRIGUEZ PRIETO,&amp;nbsp; PERFECT FOCUS EVENTS, SL&amp;nbsp; librándose al efecto los despachos necesarios para su efectividad.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Consultar las aplicaciones informáticas del Órgano judicial para la averiguación de bienes del ejecutado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Consultado el PNJ la empresa, PERFECT FOCUS EVENTS, SL, se haya en situación de BAJA desde23/04/15.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Para evitar mayor dilación y consiguiente perjuicio a los trabajadores y no obstante la posible subrogación del FOGASA en su día, oígase a dicho organismo público y a la actora, por término de QUINCE DÍAS a fin que insten lo que a su derecho convenga en orden a la continuación de la ejecución designando en tal caso bienes concretos del deudor sobre los que despachar ejecución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a JOSE MANUEL RODRIGUEZ PRIETO, PERFECT FOCUS EVENTS, SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
