	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales, se hace público el siguiente Decreto de la Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;DECRETO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Rafael Ruiz González, Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa de conformidad a lo previsto en el artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril de Bases de Régimen Local y al artículo 23 de la Ley 20/2006 de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen local de las Islas Baleares &lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Que la Junta de Gobierno Local, presidida por esta Alcaldía estará integrada por siete Concejales, número no superior al tercio del número legal de miembros de los que integran la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Nombrar miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa a los siguientes miembros de la Corporación Municipal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1.- Concejal, D. Ildefonso Molina Jiménez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2.- Concejal, D. Juan Ribas Ferrer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;3.- Concejala, Dña. Elena López Bonet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;4.- Concejala, Dña. María del Carmen Boned Verdera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;5.- Concejala, Dña. Gloria Corral Joven. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;6.- Concejala, Dña. Montserrat García Cuenca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;7.- Concejala, Dña. Estefanía Torres Sánchez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local tendrá asignadas las siguientes atribuciones&lt;strong&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;La asistencia permanente a la Alcaldía en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Las siguientes atribuciones que la Alcaldía le delega de conformidad a lo previsto en el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985 de Bases de Régimen Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Aprobar la oferta de empleo público de acuerdo con el presupuesto y la plantilla aprobados por el Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Las aprobaciones de los instrumentos de planeamiento de desarrollo del planeamiento general no expresamente atribuidas al Pleno, así como la de los instrumentos de gestión urbanística y de los proyectos de urbanización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Informar las peticiones de declaraciones de interés general de los usos y actividades en suelo rústico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Resolución de expedientes sancionadores en materia de disciplina urbanística cuando la sanción sea igual o superior a 6000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Resolución de procedimientos de ruina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;c) Las otras que expresamente le atribuya el Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El régimen jurídico de la presente delegación será el previsto con carácter general en los artículos 114 a 118 del R.D 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, a excepción de lo relativo a los recursos de reposición que serán resueltos por el órgano delegado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Que se de cuenta del presente Decreto al Pleno de la Corporación en la primera sesión que celebre, se notifique a los designados y se publique en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Todo esto sin perjuicio de la efectividad del presente Decreto a partir del día siguiente a su firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
