	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El presidente, hoy, ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;«En el artículo 8 de los Estatutos del Instituto Mallorquí de Asuntos Sociales (BOIB 28, de 21 de febrero de 2012) se establece que la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca tiene que nombrar la persona que tiene que ocupar la Vicepresidencia del Instituto Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, y como consecuencia también le corresponde cesarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La presidenta del IMAS ha hecho la propuesta de cese.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por lo tanto, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. Disponer el cese del vicepresidente del Instituto Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, Sr. Jaume Crespí Deyà, y agradecerle los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. Notificar esta resolución a la persona interesada y al Instituto Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, y publicar el contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
