	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El artículo 18 de la Ley 4/2001, de 14 de marzo, establece que el cese del presidente de las Illes Balears determina el del Gobierno. En el mismo sentido el artículo 28, en el primer párrafo, prevé que los consejeros cesan por causa del cese del presidente. El segundo párrafo del artículo 28 establece que el cese produce efectos desde el momento de la publicación del correspondiente decreto de la presidenta en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Real Decreto 585/2015, de 30 de junio, ha declarado el cese del señor José Ramón Bauzá Díaz como presidente de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El artículo 56.1 del Estatuto de Autonomía establece que la presidenta de las Illes Balears nombra y separa a los miembros del Gobierno. Por su parte, el artículo 11 de la Ley 4/2001, de 14 de marzo, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, atribuye a la presidenta, como responsable de la dirección del Gobierno, el nombramiento y cese de los consejeros y del vicepresidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Habiendo cesado los consejeros por el cese del presidente, corresponde ahora declarar su cese a los efectos del artículo 28.2 de la Ley 4/2001, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Visto todo lo anterior, en uso de las facultades mencionadas, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Declarar el cese como miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears de las siguientes personas, a las que se les agradecen los servicios prestados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Sr. Antonio Gómez Pérez, como vicepresidente y consejero de Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Sr. Joaquín García Martínez, como consejero de Economía y Competitividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Sra. Maria Núria Riera Martos, como consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Sr. Jaime Martínez Llabrés, como consejero de Turismo y Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Sr. Martí Sansaloni Oliver, como consejero de Salud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Sr. José Vicente Marí Bosó, como consejero de Hacienda y Presupuestos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Sra. Sandra Fernández Herranz, como consejera de Familia y Servicios Sociales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Sr. Gabriel Company Bauzá, como consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Sr. Juan Manuel Lafuente Mir, como consejero de Administraciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Este decreto tendrá efectos desde el momento de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
