	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes, se hace público que esta Alcaldía ha dictado la siguiente Resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Resolución núm. 236/2015 de fecha 15 de junio de 2015: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;“Atendido el que disponen los artículos 20 y 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, el artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local y los artículos 43, 52 y 53 Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Primero.- La Junta de Gobierno, presidida por la Alcaldía, estará integrada por un número de regidores no superior al tercio del número legal de miembros de la corporación y que son los/las siguientes regidores/ras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Sr. Joan Ramis Ramis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Sra. Beatriu Caterina Rodríguez Fiol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Sra. Bàrbara Serra Fornés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Los otros regidores del equipo de gobierno podrán asistir a las sesiones de la Junta de Gobierno, con voz pero sin voto, y también como ponentes de sus temas respectivos, si se considera oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Segundo.- Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas, publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y dar cuenta al pleno de la corporación en la primera sesión que se celebre. “&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Lo &amp;nbsp;que se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
