&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El apartado 9.3. de la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 3 de junio de 2.013 por la que se convocan, para el ejercicio 2.013, subvenciones destinadas a la instalación de jóvenes agricultores especifica que la resolución expresa se notificará a los interesados mediante su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares de acuerdo con los términos previstos en el artículo 60.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El expediente &amp;nbsp;ha sido tramitado por el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El vicepresidente del FOGAIBA, con fecha 25 de mayo de 2.015, firma la siguiente Resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El día 09 de julio de 2.013, tuvo entrada (núm. 1742) la solicitud de ayuda presentada por &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;en el marco de la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA), de 3 de junio de 2.013, por la que se convocan, para el ejercicio 2.013, subvenciones destinadas a la instalación de jóvenes agricultores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se han llevado a cabo los controles administrativos de la solicitud y de la documentación aportada, y se han efectuado los requerimientos necesarios para la tramitación del presente expediente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que el crédito existente cubre la totalidad de las peticiones de esta convocatoria no hay ningún impedimento para resolver individualmente este expediente sin afectar lo dispuesto en el apartado séptimo de la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA), de 3 de junio de 2.013.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Conceder una subvención a favor de: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt; dada su solicitud de ayuda, en el marco de la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA), de 3 de junio de 2.013 (expediente núm. 49/2013).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. El importe de la ayuda para la instalación que se puede conceder es de 34.132,00 euros, cofinanciados por el FEADER en un 35%, 40% AGE y 25% CAIB, distribuidos de la siguiente manera:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) 11.946,20 Euros con cargo a la línea FEADER núm. 050405011121004.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) 22.185,80 Euros con cargo a los presupuestos del FOGAIBA del ejercicio del año 2.013, los cuales corresponden 13.652,80 euros a la AGE y 8.533,00 euros en la CAIB.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Corresponde autorizar y disponer un gasto de hasta 34.132,00 euros, a favor de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt; de acuerdo con la distribución que se establece en el apartado anterior.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en los apartados 4, 10 y 11 de la Resolución del Presidente del FOGAIBA de 3 de junio de 2.013, el beneficiario se obliga a:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Desarrollar el plan de inversiones en el período de 6 MESES, así como también la parte del plan empresarial complementaria al plan de inversiones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Justificar los gastos relacionados con la inversión para la recepción de los fondos comunitarios.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Ejercer la actividad agraria en la explotación objeto de ayuda y mantener las inversiones realizadas durante al menos cinco años contados desde la fecha de concesión de la ayuda; así como mantener los requisitos y condiciones exigibles respecto a las condiciones de la explotación y beneficiario durante este período. En el caso de que la inversión auxiliada sea el amo del puesto de Menorca, el beneficiario podrá cambiar de explotación siempre y cuando la nueva explotación cumpla las condiciones de elegibilidad de la presente convocatoria y el valor del nuevo amo sea igual o superior a la subvención concedida.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Cumplir las normas comunitarias aplicables a la inversión de la que se trate y las específicas que puedan señalarse en función del tipo de explotación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Adoptar las medidas que sean necesarias para proporcionar información al público y dar publicidad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Someterse a los controles que lleve a cabo la administración, necesarios para comprobar la correcta concesión de la ayuda y el posterior mantenimiento de los compromisos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Notificar esta Resolución al interesado, informándole que contra ésta, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de recepción de la notificación de la presente resolución, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y en los artículos 114 y 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/99, de 13 de enero.”&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
