	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. El 4 de junio de 2015 se publicó en el núm. 83 del Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears el Anuncio de notificación de los trámites de alegaciones relativos al inicio de los procedimientos de cancelación registral de clubes deportivos en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. Entre las entidades deportivas que figuran en el anexo del citado anuncio aparecen dos (Centro de Cultura Villacarlos DC-0681 y Unión Deportiva Seislán de Maó DC-0428) que por error fueron incluidas, ya que tal y como consta en los expedientes de referencia, la notificación del trámite de alegaciones se había practicado, por lo que no se deberían haber incluido en la relación publicada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3. Por otra parte, el club Grup Esportiu Esport Illes Balears DC-1723 también figura por error en la relación, ya que en su expediente no consta que se haya intentado la notificación a la citada entidad, extremo que debería haberse producido.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;4. Por último, y en relación al club Unión Deportiva y Recreativa (U.D.Y.R.) DC-1029, cabe decir que la notificación publicada no es en relación al trámite de alegaciones sino respecto a la resolución por la que se aprueba la cancelación registral, por lo que debería de haberse incluido en la relación correspondiente a esta fase del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1.El artículo 105.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. El artículo 56.1 y .2 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La rectificación de los errores debe especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan de la misma, y se debe notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. Rectificar el anexo del Anuncio de 1 de junio de 2015 de notificación de los trámites de alegaciones relativos al inicio de los procedimientos de cancelación registral de clubes deportivos en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de les Illes Balears, excluyendo de esta relación los siguientes clubes deportivos que por error se publicaron:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
