	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Resultando la intenta de notificación sin éxito a Landspitze Foreland, SL en repetidas ocasiones de los acuerdos de resolución de los expedientes de orden de ejecución que a continuación se detallan, como consecuencia del incumplimiento de deber legal de uso de conservación o rehabilitación de los bienes inmuebles, ya que hay vegetación descontrolada, suciedad y falta de elementos de seguridad en la obra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Expediente 7/2014: Decreto 581/2015 - Calle Entrada desde Garrigó, 57&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Expediente 8/2014: Decreto 582/2015 - Calle Entrada desde Garrigó, 58&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Expediente 9/2014: Decreto 583/2015 - Calle Entrada desde Garrigó, 56&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Y resultando lo dispuesto en el artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1192, de 26 de noviembre, Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y el Procedimiento Administrativo Común (LRJAP-PAC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Se hace público por plazo de 20 días a los efectos que la Ley estable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
