Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, al no haberse presentado alegaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el acuerdo plenario de aprobación inicial adoptado el día 30 de abril de 2015 sobre el expediente de modificación de créditos núm. 4/2015, de créditos extraordinarios y suplementos de crédito, financiado con cargo al remanente líquido ​​podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en la forma y plazos establecidos en los artículos 25 a 42 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de dicha jurisdicción.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Sin perjuicio de lo expuesto, de conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 171.3 del RD Leg. 2/2004,
