	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común (BOE núm. 285, de 28 de noviembre), modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero (BOE núm. 12, de 14 de enero) y la Ley 15/2014, de 16 de septiembre (BOE núm. 226, de 17 de setiembre), y visto que se desconoce el domicilio actual de los interesados o no han podido ser localizados, se les notifica el siguiente requerimiento de documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 13 del Real Decreto 2273/1985, de 4 de diciembre, del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de los centros especiales de empleo, tienen la obligación de presentar anualmente ante la Dirección General de Trabajo y Salud Laboral la documentación siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- titularidad del centro &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- ubicación &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- actividad principal y complementaria &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- composición de la plantilla &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- documentación económica: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) liquidación del presupuesto&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) balance de situación&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) cuenta de explotación&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) proyecto del presupuesto del ejercicio corriente&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- cumplimiento de sus objetivos económicos y de ajuste personal y social&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para que la entidad CEO Mesvalid, SL pueda continuar inscrita como centro especial de empleo, deben mantenerse los requisitos que establece el Real Decreto 2273/1985, de 4 de diciembre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por este motivo, le requiero para que en el plazo de diez días a contar a partir de haber recibido la notificación, presente la documentación necesaria que acredite que el centro de trabajo está activo y cumple el porcentaje del 70 % de trabajadores discapacitados, como mínimo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
