	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Puesto que no ha sido posible notificar las propuestas de resolución de los Expedientees sancionadores que se relacionan a continuación, instruidos por la Secretaría General de la Consejería de Turismo y Deportes por presuntas infracciones administrativas en materia de turismo, en ejecución de lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se notifica que se han dictado las propuestas de resolución siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Se comunica, además, que durante este plazo tienen el Expedientee a su disposición en el Servicio de Empresas y Actividades Turísticas de la Consejería de Turismo y Deportes (calle de Montenegro, 5, de Palma). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
