&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en virtud de lo acordado en los autos de referencia, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 156.4, 164 y 497.2 de la L.E.C. por el presente se NOTIFICA a VICTOR HUGO MENDIETA IZA la sentencia de fecha 25/03/15 cuyo encabezamiento y fallo son del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“SENTENCIA&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Nº 30/2015&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En Ciutadella de Menorca, a veinticinco de marzo de dos mil quince.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Doña VANESSA CABALLERO GARCÍA, juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción nº 1 de Ciutadella, habiendo visto y oído en juicio oral y público los presentes autos de &lt;strong&gt;GUARDA Y CUSTODIA Y PENSIÓN DE ALIMENTOS 465/14,&lt;/strong&gt; en los que han sido parte, como &lt;strong&gt;DEMANDANTE, Dña. IRENE DEL PILAR SIMBAÑA TASIGUANO,&lt;/strong&gt; asistida por la Letrada Doña Isabel Lluch y representada a través del Procurador Don Ricardo Squella Duque de Estrada, y como &lt;strong&gt;DEMANDADO, Don VICTOR HUGO MENDIETA IZA,&lt;/strong&gt; declarado en situación de rebeldía procesal, y con intervención del Ministerio Fiscal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que &lt;strong&gt;ESTIMANDO &lt;/strong&gt;la demanda formulada por &lt;strong&gt;DOÑA IRENE DEL PILAR SIMBAÑA TASIGUANO&lt;/strong&gt; frente a &lt;strong&gt;DON VICTOR HUGO MENDIETA IZA&lt;/strong&gt;, debo acordar y ACUERDO la adopción de las siguientes medidas: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1º- Se atribuye a DOÑA IRENE DEL PILAR SIMBAÑA TASIGUANO la guarda y custodia de la hija común de la pareja.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2º- No se procede a la fijación en favor del&amp;nbsp; padre, de un régimen de visitas para con su hija menor, y se autoriza a la madre para que,&amp;nbsp; sin la firma del padre pueda expedir y renovar&amp;nbsp; el pasaporte de la menor y cuantos documentos públicos&amp;nbsp; afecten a la hija. Se le autorice, para poder instar, sin la autorización del padre,&amp;nbsp; las matrículas y traslados escolares, que sean precisos para el desarrollo y educación de la menor&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3º.-Se establece como pensión de alimentos que ha de ser satisfecha por el padre a favor de la&amp;nbsp; menor en la cantidad de 150 euros mensuales, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;pagaderos durante los cinco primeros días del mes, en la cuenta corriente que designe la madre, y siendo actualizable con forme al IPC anual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, más la mitad de los gastos extraordinarios de la menor.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes y al Ministerio Fiscal, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma cabe interponer RECURSO DE APELACIÓN ante este Juzgado dentro de los veinte días siguientes al de su notificación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Llévese el original al Libro de sentencias y expídase testimonio para su unión a los autos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así lo acuerda, manda y firma Doña VANESSA CABALLERO GARCÍA juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción nº 1 de Ciutadella y su Partido.”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en forma a VICTOR&amp;nbsp; HUGO MENDIETA IZA expedido y firmo el presente, en CIUTADELLA DE MENORCA&amp;nbsp; a treinta de Marzo de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
