	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANUNCIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el Juzgado de 1ª Instancia nº 1 de Ciutadella de Menorca, se siguen autos de divorcio nº 38/15, seguidos a instancia de PEDRO VINENT FULLANDA frente a SOFIA YOLANDA ORDOÑEZ PEREZ, en los que se ha dictado sentencia y la cual es, en extracto, del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANTECEDENTES DE HECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;…/…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;…/…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que &lt;strong&gt;ESTIMANDO&lt;/strong&gt; la demanda formulada por &lt;strong&gt;DON PEDRO VINENT FULLANA &lt;/strong&gt;contra &lt;strong&gt;DOÑA SOFIA YOLANDA ORDOÑEZ PEREZ&lt;/strong&gt;, debo &lt;strong&gt;declarar y DECLARO LA DISOLUCIÓN DEL MATRIMONIO POR DIVORCIO&lt;/strong&gt;, elevando a definitivas la revocación de los consentimientos y poderes que cualquiera de ellos hubiera otorgado al otro, con la consecuencia de la disolución del régimen económico matrimonial de sociedad de gananciales, no procediendo a la imposición de pensión compensatoria alguna ni&amp;nbsp; proceder a emitir pronunciamiento respecto a la vivienda familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma cabe interponer RECURSO DE APELACIÓN ante este Juzgado dentro de los veinte días siguientes al de su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Llévese el original al Libro de sentencias y expídase testimonio para su unión a los autos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Remítase testimonio de la presente resolución al Registro Civil Central de Madrid a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así lo acuerda, manda y firma Doña Vanessa Caballero García, juez&amp;nbsp; Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción nº 1 de Ciutadella y su Partido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LA JUEZ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y encontrándose dicha demandada Dª SOFIA YOLANDA ORDOÑEZ PEREZ, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;CIUTADELLA DE MENORCA a diez de Abril de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
