	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en virtud de lo acordado en los autos de referencia, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 156.4, 164 y 497.2 de la L.E.C. por el presente se notifica a &lt;strong&gt;JORGE OJEDA RODRIGUEZ&lt;/strong&gt; la sentencia dictada en los autos de referencia de fecha 14.07.14, cuyo encabezamiento y parte dispositiva son del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que debo aprobar y apruebo la propuesta de convenio regulador propuesto por las partes Dª. MAGDALENA MOLL MARQUES y D. JORGE OJEDA RODRIGUEZ, relativas a la hija menor Anna, cuyas cláusulas acordadas de común acuerdo son del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“En Ciutadella de Menorca a 15 de noviembre de 2013&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;CLAUSULAS: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO.- Se atribuye a la madre la guarda y custodia de la hija menor Anna Ojeda Moll siendo la patria potestad de la misma compartida entre ambos entre ambos progenitores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SEGUNDO.- Se atribuye a la madre y a la hija el uso del domicilio familiar sito en C/ Cautivos de Constantinopla, 40, 2º de Ciutadella. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCERO.- Se fija que el padre abonará una pensión alimenticia, para el mantenimiento de la hija común de 200 € mensuales, cantidad que se ingresará en la cuenta bancaria que designe la madre durante los cinco primeros días de cada mes. Dicha cantidad será actualizable anualmente conforme a las variaciones del I.P.C. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;CUARTO.- Se fija que ambos progenitores abonarán por mitades los gastos escolares extraordinarios, los de vestimenta y los de orden médico-sanitario o farmacéutico de la hija que no estén cubiertos por el Sistema Nacional de Salud.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;QUINTO.- Se fija para el padre un régimen de visitas consistente en la mitad de las vacaciones escolares de Navidad, Semana Santa y Verano eligiendo, en caso de desacuerdo, su mitad el padre los años pares y la madre los años impares. Igualmente durante los periodos lectivos el padre tendrá derecho a estar con la hija durante un fin de semana al mes, desde el viernes a las 20 horas hasta el domingo a las 20 horas, a elegir por éste, debiéndose desplazar para ello hasta Menorca. La&amp;nbsp; hija será recogida y reintegrada al domicilio materno y los gastos de desplazamiento de la menor en los periodos vacaciones serán a cargo del padre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Y para que conste firman el presente convenio en la ciudad y fecha arriba indicados comprometiéndose a su ratificación judicial cuando fueran requeridos.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No se hace imposición en costas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Esta sentencia sólo podrá ser recurrida, en interés de los hijos menores, por el&amp;nbsp; Ministerio Fiscal, mediante recurso de apelación en el plazo de cinco días ante este mismo tribunal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Firme que sea la presente por la Secretaria Judicial se acordará su inscripción en el Registro Civil correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en forma, expido y firmo el presente en CIUTADELLA DE MENORCA&amp;nbsp; a treinta y uno de marzo de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
