	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de enero de 2015, se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2015 (&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 126, de 24 de enero), al que se refiere el artículo 6.1 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Consejería de Familia y Servicios Sociales ha propuesto incluir dos líneas que gestiona el Servicio Balear de la Mujer en el apartado 7 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dirigidas a mantener las asociaciones cuyo objeto sea la consecución de la igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres y la lucha contra la violencia de género, y a financiar el diseño y la ejecución de programas, proyectos y actividades, así como la generación de recursos y contenidos para favorecer la igualdad de género y la erradicación de la violencia contra las mujeres, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Consejería de Economía y Competitividad ha solicitado, a su vez, modificar dos líneas cuya gestión corresponde a las direcciones generales de Industria y Energía y de Comercio y Empresa relativas a la ayuda para el proceso de internacionalización de pequeñas y medianas empresas que desarrollan una actividad industrial y al fomento de la energía fotovoltaica y eólica, respectivamente. Todo ello con la finalidad de aumentar el coste de las convocatorias ya tramitadas al amparo de las líneas aprobadas, dado el interés manifestado por el sector y el elevado número de solicitudes de subvención presentadas hasta ahora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Asimismo ha solicitado corregir la redacción del apartado de objetivos y efectos de la línea para fomentar el uso del vehículo eléctrico e introducir una línea para fomentar el uso de vehículos alimentados con gas con la finalidad de desarrollar aquellas alternativas que permitan una movilidad más sostenible y eficiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por otra parte, la Consejería de Economía y Competitividad ha propuesto modificar la línea de subvenciones para financiar la formación asociada al contrato para la formación y aprendizaje que regula el Real Decreto 1529/2012, de 8 de noviembre, por el que se desarrolla el contrato para la formación y aprendizaje y se establecen las bases de la formación profesional dual y para financiar los costes derivados de las funciones de tutoría y la formación del tutor de la empresa, que gestiona el Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears, incluida en el apartado 8 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Con esta modificación se pretende articular un programa de subvenciones para la formación dual que incentive la contratación mediante el contrato para la formación y aprendizaje, con la finalidad de mejorar la empleabilidad, la cualificación y la inserción laboral de los jóvenes a los que se dirige el Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil y de los jóvenes hasta treinta años no inscritos en este Sistema, de las personas con discapacidad y del colectivo de personas en riesgo de exclusión social y con dificultades especiales de inserción laboral. En la búsqueda de este objetivo el SOIB se ha replanteado el diseño y la financiación del programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así, se cree más eficaz financiar los costes asociados a la concertación del contrato para la formación y aprendizaje por un periodo máximo de doce meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Hacienda y Presupuestos, en la sesión de día 10 de abril de 2015, adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Incluir las dos líneas siguientes en el apartado 7 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dirección general, organismo o empresa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;em&gt;Instituto Balear de la Mujer&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fondo de financiación&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;em&gt;73101 323 C 01 48000 00 (El 100 % de la financiación es externa.)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Descripción&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;: ayudas dirigidas al mantenimiento de las asociaciones y las federaciones de asociaciones radicadas en el ámbito territorial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears cuyo objeto social sea la consecución de la igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres y la lucha contra la violencia de género&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Objetivos y efectos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;em&gt;consolidar una estructura asociativa activa que sea referente y al mismo tiempo partícipe en la implantación de las medidas que contengan los instrumentos de planificación que apruebe el Gobierno de las Illes Balears en materia de políticas de género, y dar a conocer las aportaciones que realizan las asociaciones para la igualdad de hombres y mujeres en materia de políticas de género&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Coste&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;em&gt;30.000&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Coste&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;em&gt;20.000 €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
