	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Iniciada la entrega de notificaciones que no han podido hacerse efectivas, conforme a lo dispuesto en el art. 112 de la Ley General Tributaria (Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, BOE de 18 de diciembre de 2003) se publica relación de los interesados con la cantidad a ingresar, advirtiéndoles que pueden personarse en las oficinas de la Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears – Servicios Centrales (C/ Aragón, 29 de Palma) donde se les hará entrega de la copia íntegra de las notificaciones relativas a los expedientes que se relacionan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La comparecencia deberá tener lugar en el plazo de quince días naturales contados desde el siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, advirtiéndose que, en caso de no comparecer, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al del vencimiento del plazo señalado para comparecer (art. 112.2, Ley General Tributaria, Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre; BOE 18 de diciembre de 2003)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra la liquidación &amp;nbsp;podrá interponerse recurso potestativo de reposición&amp;nbsp; ante el Jefe del Departamento Tributario, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la fecha de notificación, o reclamación económico-administrativa ante la Tribunal Económico Administrativo Regional en Illes Balears, sin que puedan ser simultaneados ambos recursos, que deberán ser dirigidos a este Departamento Tributario (art. 223.1, 235.1 y 235.3, Ley General Tributaria, Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El importe debe ser ingresado en las siguientes fechas: si la notificación tiene lugar del 1 al 15 del mes, hasta el día veinte del mes siguiente; si tiene lugar entre los días 16 y último del &amp;nbsp;mes, hasta el día cinco del segundo mes posterior (art. 62.2, Ley General Tributaria, Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre). Si no se ingresa en estos plazos el importe será exigido por vía ejecutiva con un recargo del 20 por 100.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
