	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;NOTIFICACIONES DE DECRETOS FINALES DE EXPEDIENTES SANCIONADORES DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE INCA EN MATERIA DE ORDENANZAS MUNICIPALES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Las notificaciones hechas por correo certificado, con acuso de recibo, no han tenido efecto y no se han podido hacer efectivas, por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber encontrado a los interesados que se relacionan, por lo cual se procede, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que prevén los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se notifica a las personas relacionadas a continuación que les ha sido formulado el Decreto final de los expedientes sancionadores instruidos que se señalan en el anexo de este Edicto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se notifica este acuerdo a la persona interesada, con la advertencia que pone fin a la vía administrativa y, por tanto, se podrá interponer potestativamente recurso de reposición ante este Ayuntamiento en el plazo de un mes o bien interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses, en ambos casos a contar desde el día siguiente de la presente publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
