	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de enero de 2015, se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears para el año 2015 (&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, núm. 126, de 24 de enero), al cual se refiere el artículo 6.1 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Consejería de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Vivienda ha propuesto modificar una línea que gestiona la Dirección General de Arquitectura y Vivienda incluida en el apartado 5 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así pues, la línea de ayudas en materia de vivienda (alquiler y rehabilitación de edificios, regeneración y renovación urbana, e implantación del informe de evaluación de los edificios) se modifica en el sentido de incluir la anualidad de 2016 con una cuantía de 5.822.544 euros, dado que la convocatoria que se derive de ella tendrá que ser plurienal en concordancia con el convenio de colaboración subscrito el 30 de octubre de 2014 con el Ministerio de Fomento, para la ejecución del Plan Estatal de Fomento del Alquiler de Viviendas, la Rehabilitación Edificatoria y la Regeneración y Renovación Urbanas para el periodo 2013-2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Hacienda y Presupuestos, en la sesión de 27 de febrero de 2015, adoptó entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar la línea siguiente del apartado 5 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
