	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dª TERESA MARIA BALLESTER MANRESA, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Social nº1 de IBIZA/EIVISSA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 188/2014 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de Dª PAOLA ALEJANDRA ALMARA contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; EL CLODENIS IBIZA, SL, sobre DESPIDO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;AUTO 28/01/15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dispongo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Despachar orden general de ejecución&amp;nbsp; a favor de la parte ejecutante, PAOLA ALEJANDRA ALMARA, frente a EL CLODENIS IBIZA, SL, parte ejecutada, por importe de 25869,07 euros en concepto de principal, más otros 5173,81 euros que se fijan provisionalmente en concepto de intereses que, en su caso, puedan devengarse durante la ejecución y las costas de ésta, sin perjuicio de su posterior liquidación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DECRETO 28/01/15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En orden a dar efectividad a las medidas concretas solicitadas, &lt;strong&gt;acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Consultar las aplicaciones informáticas del Órgano Judicial para la averiguación de bienes del ejecutado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- El embargo de los saldos acreedores para asegurar la responsabilidad de EL CLODENIS IBIZA, SL&amp;nbsp; librándose al efecto los despachos necesarios para su efectividad.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Para evitar mayor dilación y consiguiente perjuicio a los trabajadores y no obstante la posible subrogación del &lt;strong&gt;FOGASA&lt;/strong&gt; en su día, oígase a dicho organismo público y a la actora, por término de &lt;strong&gt;QUINCE DÍAS&lt;/strong&gt; a fin que insten lo que a su derecho convenga en orden a la continuación de la ejecución designando en tal caso bienes concretos del deudor sobre los que despachar ejecución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp;EL CLODENIS IBIZA, SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de les ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En IBIZA/EIVISSA, a veintiocho de Enero de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
