	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;-Atendiendo a la Resolución de presidencia de 18 de diciembre de 2014:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;“CAMBIO DE NOMBRAMIENTO SECRETARIO DE EXPEDIENTES” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;-Atendiendo a la situación de vacaciones dey de excedencia laboral voluntaria aprobada a la Sra. Vanessa Lasso Cester, funcionaria de carrera, des de el 17 de diciembre de 2014 hasta el 9 de marzo de 2015..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;-Vistos los artículos 8-9 del Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero que regula el procedimiento para seguir en la facultad sancionadora de las entidades locales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;-Vista la conformidad del Secretario de la Corporación de acuerdo con el art.85 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;-En atención a la facultad que me atribuye el art.9.2 l) de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre de los Consells Insulars, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

ÀNGEL C.NAVARRO SANCHEZ,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; Secretario de la Corporación como Secretario únicamente de los expedientes para comisión de infracciones leves incoados en materia de :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;-Incumplimientos de ordenanza de transporte, recogida y tratamiento de residuos sólidos urbanos en la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;núm. 12/2014 i núm. 50 en 56/2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;-Incumplimiento de la ordenanza de tenencia de animales de compañía. núm. 12/2014 a 14/2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;-Visto que no ha sido posible ejecutar las notificaciones a los domicilios en el término municipal de Formentera de los siguientes interesados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- En virtud de lo que prevee el art 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, del 26 de noviembre de Régimen Jurídico de las administraciones públicas y procedimiento administrativo común, se NOTIFICA vía TABLÖN DE ANUNCIOS DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA dicha resolución para que sea expuesta durante el plazo de un mes para que los interesados presenten recurso de reposición potestativo según art.116-117 de la misma Ley o bien presenten causas de recusación que consideren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
