	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Visto lo dispuesto en la instrucción 4ª del Anexo de la Resolución de 26 de mayo de 2005 de la Subsecretaría, por la que se dispone la publicación de la Resolución de 28 de abril anterior, del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y de la Dirección General de Cooperación Local, por la que se dictan instrucciones técnicas a los Ayuntamientos sobre el procedimiento para acordar la caducidad de las inscripciones padronales de los extranjeros no comunitarios sin autorización de residencia permanente que no sean renovados cada dos años (BOE nº 128 de 30.05.05).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Visto que el Instituto Nacional de Estadística ha remitido a este Ayuntamiento fichero informatizado relativo a extranjeros no comunitarios sin autorización de residencia susceptibles de caducidad y que el Ayuntamiento ha intentado el aviso previo a decretar la misma por diversos medios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y visto que de los extranjeros a que se refiere el apartado anterior, los cuales figuran a continuación relacionados, no han efectuado el acto expreso, por sí o mediante representante, de manifestación de voluntad de renovar la inscripción padronal a que se refiere la instrucción 5ª de la Resolución de 26.05.05 anteriormente mencionada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Esta Alcaldía en uso de las atribuciones que le confiere la normativa vigente, ha tenido a bien decretar la Resolución de fecha 10/11/14, por la que se acuerda la baja por caducidad en el fichero informático del vigente Padrón Municipal de Habitantes renovado a 1 de mayo de 1996, de las siguientes personas de nacionalidad extranjera no comunitaria sin autorización de residencia permanente cuya fecha de inscripción padronal consta en la relación personalizada que figura a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
